agents

Agents are the people or companies authorised to oversee copyrights in literature and/or the visual arts.

They have a dual mission.

Firstly, they negotiate with users the rights to use the works, which cannot be reproduced, copied, represented, exhibited or distributed in any manner without the prior consent of the author or his legal successors.

Secondly, they negotiate with the users the fees applicable to the use of works that are protected under a copyright.

The Saura Estate has appointed ADAGP as its agent for overseeing the copyright of all of the artist’s works in the visual arts and the antonio saura foundation archives for the copyright of the artist’s writings.
